Read All About It

A little while ago I posted about how the first season of Sesame Street wasn't really cut out for kids today. I wonder what that reviewer would say about Read All About It? Parker is still a bit young, but I remember watching this show on TV Ontario when I was in grade 3 and 4; in fact, we did a whole unit on the show in grade 4 for some reason. If you have some time to kill and want to watch a bizarre (but somewhat educational, I guess) show, check this out:

The photo of Duneedon (the main villain) in the background is enough to creep you out before you even hear his weird laugh.

I want more Parker pictures....I can't wait to see him (and you guys!) at Christmas! Enjoy your time at your parents and see you in 2 weeks. Give Parker a big kiss for me!!!

Holy crap - what a blast from the past! I got to a TVO site that listed some of the other oldies I used to watch religiously but have long forgotten about: Fables of the Green Forest, Jeremy, Readalong (with the cool talking boot!).

Thanks for the rekindling the memories : )
PS What is Parker asking for for Christmas?? I'll bet he wants a D3....

Leace -- Classics! Man, we watched some weird shows, huh? A talking boot? Really? :)

Parker doesn't have a very big Christmas list yet! I don't know if he's ready for a D3... maybe a D40...
